How long does it take?
Most clients receive their complete design package in 6–9 weeks. Construction follows on your schedule.

Every AEON package includes a detailed site plan, material and finish specifications, planting schedule, and photoreal 3D renderings. Signature and Estate packages also include permit-ready construction drawings and a dedicated project coordinator.
You start with a free 30-minute consultation. Then we gather your vision, measure your space, and our designers build your full 3D concept. You review it on a live video call, give feedback, and we refine until it's exactly right. You receive your complete design package in 6–9 weeks.
For Southern California clients, we have a vetted builder network. For all other markets, we help you find, vet, and brief a qualified local contractor. Your construction package is written so any licensed general contractor can build it.
A contractor's 'free design' is a sales tool built around their products and margins. AEON's design is independent, photoreal, and built around your vision. Clients who design first consistently spend less on construction and have zero regrets.
We've designed everything from ultra-modern glass-and-concrete estates to relaxed tropical retreats. Our job is to design what's right for you, not impose an aesthetic. You own the vision; we execute it.
You receive: photoreal 3D renderings, a scaled site plan, material and finish spec sheet, planting schedule with species and quantities, and (Signature/Estate) permit-ready construction drawings.
We work remotely with all clients. We'll guide you through capturing what we need using your phone — measurements, site photos, and a video walkthrough. For larger Estate projects, we can arrange a site visit.
We don't hand you a final file and say goodbye. Every package includes revision rounds built in — we don't lock the design until you're genuinely happy with it.
Yes. Your design package is yours — take it to any licensed contractor. We'll brief them on the documents so they can price and build it accurately. We can also review their bids.
