Discovery Call
We'll discuss your vision, goals, budget, and project requirements on a free discovery call, no cost, no obligation, just a conversation to understand your space.
Proposal & Agreement
Once you're ready, we'll send over the design agreement. After the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we begin the design process. If you're local, we'll schedule a site visit to take measurements. If you're out of state, we'll coordinate a property survey before starting.
Concept Design
This is where we bring your ideas to life, creating the initial design concepts and photorealistic 3D renderings. We work closely with you and make revisions until you're happy with the design. On the Concept Design package, this is your final deliverable.

Custom concept build in photoreal 3D, live walkthrough presentation, up to 3 free revisions, and client approval. Typically 1–1.5 weeks depending on revisions. On the Concept Design package, this is your final deliverable.
Complete construction-ready landscape plan and permit-ready blueprints. Timeline depends on HOA and municipal review, and we'll walk you through what to expect on your discovery call.
Concept Design includes photoreal 3D renderings, a cinematic 3D rendering video, up to 3 free rounds of design revisions, and material and finish specifications. Full Package includes everything in Concept Design, plus master landscaping plan, master blueprint plans, and HOA/permit submittal coordination when applicable.
You start with a free discovery call, by phone or Google Meet/Zoom, no cost, no obligation. Once you're ready to move forward, we send the design agreement, and after it's signed and the deposit is received, we schedule your in-person site visit (LA/OC/SD) or coordinate a property survey (everywhere else) and begin. From there we build your Concept Design in full photoreal 3D. On the Concept Design package, that's your final deliverable. On the Full Package, we continue into Blueprints & Permit-Ready Plans. You review the concept on a live video call, give feedback, and we refine until it's exactly right. We'll give you a clear timeline for the Concept Design phase on your discovery call.
We work with a network of certified installers experienced in delivering exceptional results from AEON designs. For Southern California clients, we can refer you directly. For all other markets, we help you find a qualified certified installer in your area, or you can bring your own contractor.
A contractor's 'free design' is a sales tool built around their products and margins. AEON's design is independent, photoreal, and built around your vision. Clients who design first consistently spend less on construction and have zero regrets.
We've designed everything from ultra-modern glass-and-concrete estates to relaxed tropical retreats. Our job is to design what's right for you, not impose an aesthetic. You own the vision; we execute it.
On Concept Design, you receive photoreal 3D renderings, a cinematic 3D rendering video, and a material and finish spec sheet. On the Full Package, you also receive the master landscaping plan and master blueprint plans.
For clients in LA, Orange County, and San Diego, we visit in person to measure and photograph your property. For all other locations, we arrange a third-party surveyor to capture what we need (billed separately), or work from your provided measurements, site photos, and a video walkthrough.
We don't hand you a final file and say goodbye. Both packages include up to 3 free rounds of design revisions, giving you room to fine-tune the design before it's locked. Additional revisions are $300 each.
Yes. Your design package is yours to keep. Take it to any contractor you trust. We'll brief them on the documents so they can price and build accurately. We can also refer you to our certified installers if you'd like a recommendation.
Yes. If you start with Concept Design and later decide to move forward with construction documents, your full $2,000 is credited toward the $5,000 Full Package.
