No. AEON is a pure design studio. We deliver detailed design plans and photoreal 3D renderings. Once you love the design, you build with any licensed contractor of your choice — or we can connect you with vetted builders in our network.

We're based in Irvine, California and serve clients across the entire United States and Canada. Our design process is fully remote — everything is handled via call, email, and our design portal. For clients in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, we can send a designer to visit your property in person.

For clients in the LA, Orange County, and San Diego area, yes — we offer in-person site visits as part of the design process. For all other locations nationwide, our remote process is just as thorough: we work from your site measurements, photos, and a detailed intake call to deliver the same quality outcome.

There are four steps: (1) Discovery — a focused call where we learn your space, vision, and budget. (2) 3D Design — our designers render your outdoor space in full photoreal 3D. (3) Finalization — we revise until the design is exactly right and deliver construction-ready plans. (4) Build Handoff — you take the plans to your contractor, or we introduce you to our network.

Just your property address, a basic sense of what you want (pool, kitchen, landscaping, etc.), and your approximate budget. We'll handle measurements, site analysis, and the rest. If you have existing plans or HOA documents, those help speed things up.

Revisions are included until the design is right. We don't cap you at a single revision pass — our goal is that you love the outcome before we deliver final construction plans.

You receive a full set of photoreal 3D renderings from multiple angles, a detailed design board with material specifications, and construction-ready plans your contractor can work from directly.

Minor adjustments after final delivery may incur a small fee depending on scope. Significant redesigns are treated as a new project phase. We try to get everything locked in during the Finalization step so you're never surprised.

Our Luxury Design Package starts at $4,000. That includes complete custom conceptual design, master site layout, up to 40 photoreal 3D renderings, one cinematic 3D walkthrough video, and material & finish recommendations. Larger or more complex properties may adjust the fee — we give you an exact number on the consultation call.

Most projects are completed in 4 to 10 weeks from kickoff. Simpler scopes (pool + spa) typically land closer to 4 weeks. Larger projects with multiple elements — kitchen, fire pit, hardscape, landscaping — run 6 to 10 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline on your consultation call.

Yes. We structure payments in milestones: a deposit to begin, a payment at the design concept stage, and the remainder upon final delivery. Specifics are confirmed in your project agreement.

Photoreal. Our renderings are indistinguishable from photography of a completed project. You see exact materials, lighting at different times of day, water effects, landscaping, and shadows — all rendered to match your actual property's dimensions and orientation.

Yes. Every project includes multiple rendered views — typically overhead, eye-level, and detail shots of key areas like the pool edge, kitchen, or fire feature. We can also produce additional angles on request.

Very close — the dimensions, layout, and materials are all specified to match. Small variations can occur during construction depending on contractor execution and material availability, but a good builder will deliver a result that matches what you approved.

No. You own the plans and are free to build with any licensed contractor of your choosing. If you don't have one, we're happy to introduce you to vetted builders in our network — but there's no obligation.

Yes. Our construction-ready plans are formatted for licensed contractors and include all the information they need: dimensions, material specs, elevations, and notes. If your contractor has technical questions, our team is available to clarify.

No — our scope ends at design and plan delivery. We don't manage bids, timelines, or on-site construction. That's your contractor's role. This keeps our process fast and our pricing accessible.
