AEON Design is a luxury outdoor living design studio. We create photoreal 3D renderings and construction blueprint plans of your future outdoor space: pool, spa, kitchen, landscaping, and more, before any construction begins. You see exactly what you're building before a single dollar goes to a contractor.
No. We deliver photoreal 3D renderings, rendering videos, and master blueprint plans. Once you love the design, we can refer our collaborated certified installers, experienced teams with a track record of delivering exceptional results for our clients, or you're welcome to select a contractor on your own.
We're based in Irvine, California and serve clients across the entire United States and Canada. Our design process is fully remote, handled via call, email, and our design portal. For clients in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, we can send a designer to visit your property in person.
No. AEON Design (aeonpooldesign.com) is an independently owned and operated business based in Irvine, California, USA. We are not a subsidiary, sister company, or franchise of AEON Pools, AEON Group, or any other business operating outside the United States that shares a similar name.
For clients in the LA, Orange County, and San Diego area, yes, we offer in-person site visits as part of the design process. For all other locations nationwide, our remote process is just as thorough: we work from your site measurements, photos, and a detailed intake call to deliver the same quality outcome.
There are four steps. (1) Discovery Call: a free call or Google Meet/Zoom conversation where we learn your vision, goals, budget, and project requirements, no cost, no obligation. (2) Proposal & Agreement: once you're ready, we send the design agreement. After it's signed and the deposit is received, we begin, scheduling a site visit if you're local, or coordinating a property survey if you're out of state. (3) Concept Design: our designers bring your ideas to life in full photoreal 3D, with revisions until you're happy. (4) Final Landscape Plan: we prepare the complete landscape plan and design documents, and you're ready to move forward with construction.
Just your property address, a basic sense of what you want (pool, kitchen, landscaping, etc.), and your approximate budget. We'll handle measurements, site analysis, and the rest. If you have existing plans or HOA documents, those help speed things up.
Your package includes up to 3 free rounds of design revisions, giving you room to fine-tune materials, layout, and finishes before we lock and deliver final construction plans.
You receive a full set of photoreal 3D renderings from multiple angles, a cinematic 3D rendering video, a master landscaping plan, master blueprint plans your contractor can build from directly, and a detailed design board with material specifications.
Minor adjustments after final delivery may incur a small fee depending on scope. Significant redesigns are treated as a new project stage. We try to get everything locked in during the Landscape Plan step so you're never surprised.
Our Luxury Design Package starts at $4,000. Exact scope is confirmed on your consultation call. Your package includes complete custom conceptual design, master landscaping plan, master blueprint plans, up to 40 photoreal 3D renderings, a cinematic 3D rendering video, and material & finish recommendations.
Everything you need to break ground with confidence: complete custom conceptual design, a custom construction-ready general landscape plan, master blueprint plans, up to 40 photoreal 3D renderings, a cinematic 3D rendering video, material and finish recommendations, and HOA/permit submittal coordination (when applicable). Up to 3 free rounds of design revisions are included.
Architectural plans, structural engineering plans, and any associated architectural or engineering fees are not included, nor are city fees, HOA review fees, permit fees, or third-party survey/site documentation fees. We work closely with licensed architects and engineers, so if your project requires those services, we coordinate everything for you — you won't need to look elsewhere. Any architectural, engineering, or government fees are simply billed separately, in addition to the design package.
It depends on the scope of the property and vision. Share your project in the inquiry form and we'll let you know if it's a fit on your discovery call.
Timeline depends on scope and how many rounds of revisions you need. Your package includes up to 3 free rounds, and we'll set clear expectations on your discovery call once we understand your project.
Yes. We structure payments in milestones: a deposit to begin, a payment at the design concept stage, and the remainder upon final delivery. Specifics are confirmed in your project agreement.
Photoreal. Our renderings are indistinguishable from photography of a completed project. You see exact materials, lighting at different times of day, water effects, landscaping, and shadows — all rendered to match your actual property's dimensions and orientation.
Yes. Every project includes multiple rendered views — typically overhead, eye-level, and detail shots of key areas like the pool edge, kitchen, or fire feature. We can also produce additional angles on request.
Very close — the dimensions, layout, and materials are all specified to match. Small variations can occur during construction depending on contractor execution and material availability, but a good builder will deliver a result that matches what you approved.
Not at all. You're always free to select a contractor on your own — we fully support that. That said, we do collaborate with certified installers who have extensive experience delivering exceptional results for our clients, and we're happy to make a referral if you'd like one.
Yes. Our construction-ready plans are formatted for licensed contractors and include all the information they need: dimensions, material specs, elevations, and notes. If your contractor has technical questions, our team is available to clarify.
No — our scope ends at design and blueprint delivery. As SoCal-based designers who work closely with local contractors, we understand construction budgets deeply. Our designs are built with real-world costs in mind, and we work with you to get the design you want within a budget that makes sense.
Fill out the design inquiry form and we'll follow up within 24 hours with full project details and next steps to reserve your design slot.
No. Your discovery call is completely free, no cost, no obligation. Once you're ready to move forward, we send over the design agreement, and the deposit is only collected after that contract is signed, before we begin the design work.
We schedule a free discovery call, by phone or Google Meet/Zoom, to learn about your property, what you want to create, your timeline, and your budget. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what your project with AEON looks like.
