Already started with Concept Design? Your $2,000 is fully credited toward the Full Package.
We work closely with our collaborated structural engineers, so if your project requires those services, we refer and coordinate for you. Engineering, structural calculation, permit, and HOA review fees are billed separately by those parties, in addition to your design package.
Concept Design gives you our full creative direction: a complete design and photoreal renderings you can take to any contractor. Full Package takes it all the way through construction-ready, permit-ready plans.
Yes. If you start with Concept Design and decide to move forward, your full $2,000 is credited toward the Full Package.
The first 3 rounds of design revisions are free on both packages. Additional revisions are $300 each.
Concept Design typically runs 1 to 1.5 weeks depending on revisions. Full Package's blueprint and permit-ready timeline depends on HOA and municipal review, and we'll walk you through what to expect on your call.
Yes. You own the plans. Build with any contractor you choose, or we can refer you to our certified installers who are experienced delivering exceptional results from AEON designs.
