Two Packages, Built Around How Far You Want to Go

When clients ask about our pricing, the typical reaction after hearing Concept Design starts at $2,000 is some version of: "That's it?" That reaction makes sense when you see what's included. Most design studios in the luxury outdoor space either charge less for far less work (a couple of CAD drawings and a material list) or charge two to three times more for the same deliverables we include in our flat-fee packages.

We built our pricing around one principle: everything a homeowner needs at each stage, nothing they don't. No hidden add-on fees for extra revision rounds beyond the first 3, no markup on contractor referrals. Already did Concept Design with us and want to move forward? Your $2,000 is fully credited toward the Full Package.

What's Inside Each AEON Design Package

Every project, regardless of size or complexity, receives the same level of craft. Here's what each package includes:

Full 3D Photoreal Renderings (Both Packages)

Not illustrations. Not digital watercolors. Photorealistic 3D images that show your actual property with your actual materials in accurate lighting conditions. We typically deliver 8 to 14 views depending on scope: enough to see every major zone of your outdoor space from the angles that matter: from inside the home looking out, from the pool deck looking toward the entertaining area, at dusk with lighting activated.

Cinematic Walkthrough Video (Both Packages)

A first-person walkthrough of the finished design, rendered as video. You experience the space the way you'll actually use it: moving from the back door, past the kitchen pavilion, to the pool edge. This is consistently the moment clients feel certain about their design decision.

Construction-Ready, Permit-Ready Documents (Full Package Only)

Plans your contractor can build from without interpretation, prepared to move through permit review. Every dimension is called out. Every material is specified by manufacturer and product line. Every elevation is drawn. The contractor receives a document set that removes ambiguity. Which is what keeps your project on budget and on schedule. Structural engineering and calculations are coordinated through our collaborated engineers and billed separately.

Full Material Schedule (Both Packages)

Every surface, every finish, every fixture: specified with supplier, product line, lead time, and installation note. When it's time to order materials, your contractor has everything they need without a single phone call to us.

3 Free Revision Rounds

The design process is inherently iterative. Seeing something in 3D always surfaces something worth adjusting. Both packages include up to 3 free rounds of revisions; additional revisions are $300 each. We work through revisions until the design is right, then produce your final deliverable.

How Our Pricing Compares to the Alternative

The alternative is approving a 2D plan and hoping the built result matches your mental image. When it doesn't (and it rarely does perfectly) you're negotiating change orders at $8,000 to $25,000 a piece. One significant change order costs more than the entire AEON Full Package. Most luxury pool projects see two to four change orders when the design phase was done cheaply or quickly.

Our clients consistently report final construction costs that land closer to their original budget than clients who skipped proper design. The ROI math is straightforward.

What Happens After the Package

Once your design is complete, it belongs to you. Take it to any contractor in the country. Use it to get competitive bids. Build it this year or next year. We have no financial relationship with any builder. Which means our design is optimized for your project, not for whoever pays us a referral fee.

If you'd like help finding and vetting contractors, we can assist with that too. But it's never required, and it's never baked into our fee.
